ஒரு வாணலியில் ரவையை சிறிது எண்ணை விட்டு வறுத்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
அதை ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் மாற்றி விட்டு, அதே வாணலியில் சிறிது எண்ணை விட்டு கடுகு, உளுந்து, கடலை பருப்பு, வெங்காயம், மீளகா, கருவேப்பிலை என வரிசையாக போட்டு வதக்கி சிவந்தவுடன் ஒரு கப் ரவைக்கு 2 கப் தண்ணீர் சேர்த்து கொதிக்க விடவும். தேவையான உப்பு சேர்த்து கொள்ளவும்.
 பின் ரவையை சிறுது சிறிதாக அதில் கொட்டி கிளறி கொண்டே வரவும். தீ சிம்மில் வைத்து கொள்ளுங்கள். கெட்டியான உடன் அடுப்பை அனைத்து கொத்தமல்லி தூவி இறக்கவும்.

Sharing a few thoughts for Would - be grooms

For Would-Be Grooms:

Rule.No.1 - Never compare your mamma's cooking with your wife's! There is no faster way to dig your own grave than that! Please understand that your mom's cooking has the backing of 20 odd years of experience.. ..don't expect that from your wife whose hardly into the process! What if she were to compare your earning capacity with her dad's!!! So shshshhhhh.. ..!!!

Rule.No.2 : Never go out of your way to please the lady with flowers, chocolates and gifts during your engagement period. If ever you do , please follow it up post-wedding too! When you could cover 20kms in 15 minutes when you are engaged just to spend some time with her, how dare you forget her birthday post - marriage, even after you are given the broadest of hints by her!
Remember expectations always double...ever heard of them being halved???

Rule.No.3: Do compliment her every now and then, verbally or with gifts! What are those lovely Teddies and Archies gift cards for? Don't sit there like the Lord Of The Rings expecting to be waited upon! Of course she will do it but everyone likes to be appreciated and pampered!!!!

Rule.No.4: This is very important! Sulking or complaining about marriage being a big mistake is a strict NO -NO!! You got into it with your eyes wide open, brimming with enthusiasm!! No one ever pushed you into it! So why this drama now!

Rule.No.5: Be Brave and take your own decisions and stand up by them!!
Consult your parents for advice but realise that you are grown up enough to lead your life! Respect your partner's views at all times! Remember she has given up a lot more to make a life with you!! 

Sharing thoughts for Would - be Brides. (Don't know how many will take it in the right sense. But still...)

1. Don't expect too much from him. Less the expectations lesser the disappointments. 

2. Don't ever dare to plan any outing or movie on a day when there is an interesting cricket match going on. REMEMBER SPORTS is more important to him than anything else. U spoil his day n He spoils urs 

3. Over Emotions, Sentiments.. . Woha... What are these? Tears are not going to give any results either. It's just a temp. attention tht u get. No one likes Cry Babies m Whining Wifes. 

4. Never dare to cross with his mother.Even if he says "My Mom's cooking is the best. U are nothing in front of her." take it easily with a smile. Tell him tht u are learning from his mother and will try to do it better. U are not gonna lose anything! 

5. Try to know his friends and understand that they are also part of his world.Allow him to spend few weekends or occasional night out parties with his friends.But at the same time make sure that u get u r due importance! It must not be tht he roams arnd with his friends forgetting that you exist at home. 

6. Don't start fighting for silly things.Forgetting bthdays n Anniversaries is not a big mistake. Men are not blessed with 2 GB RAM for storing everything in main memory.If you are very particular abt present gifts n parties on u r bthdays n anniversaries. make sure u remind them well in advance by some means (I know it sounds stupid. But if u are so particular, Do it for u r own good) 

7. Take him for your shopping only if he's interested.If you are going for Window Shopping or for saree purchase,Better go with your friends/go alone.He is better at office/home watching cricket. 

8. Give him importance always. Show due care and affection.Tht' s the only way to win a guy's mind.

 Amazing Paintings of a blind artist

The story of this blind artist is extraordinary and unbelievable. 

Professional CPA with a photographic memory,

 Lisa Fittipaldilost her vision due to a vascular disease in 1993. 

She lost her job too, but overcame blindness and began 

painting in 1995. Her paintings are so colorful and bright; 

it’s hard to believe that they were drawn by a blind person

 who can’t even see colors or distance. 

The main challenge to Lisa was when she was told 

she could never create complex scenes of everyday life

 with people as main characters. But she managed to do so, and today her 

paintings are exhibited in museums and galleries around the world. 

Fittipaldi is a unique artist with an amazing inner vision.

The world's shortest living man

Edward Nino Hernández is in many ways a typical 24-year-old 

Colombian man. 

He loves to dance reggaeton, dreams of owning a 

car – preferably a Mercedes-Benz – and wants to see the world. 

What sets him apart is his size.

 He is slightly taller than a piece of carry-on luggage and weighs 

just 10kg (22lbs). 

Nino Hernández has just been officially certified as the world's 

shortest living man by Guinness World Records, measuring 70cm (27in). 

"He hasn't grown since he was two years old," his mother, 

Noemi Hernández, said of the oldest of her five children.

who was 4cm taller and died 

on 13 March.They say Nino Hernández 's reign is not 

likely to last long, however. Khagendra 

Thapa Magar of Nepal is expected to take over after 

he turns 18 on 14 October. 

He measures about 56 cm and is currently recognised by 

Guinness as the shortest living teenager. 

Doctors never could explain why Ninõ is so small, his parents say.

"They never gave us a diagnosis," says his mother, 

during an interview in the family's sparely furnished 

apartment in Bosa, a district of southern Bogotá.

Hernández, 43, said her son weighed 1.5kg at birth 

and was 38cm long.

She said doctors at the National University studied him 

until he was three, then lost interest. 

She and her husband, a security guard, lost a daughter 

who was similarly small in 1992 when she was nearly a year old.

The couple's youngest child, 11-year-old Miguel Angel, 

stands 93cm tall and has facial features 

similar to his older silbling. The other three boys are of 

average height and appearance.

"I feel happy because I'm unique," Nino Hernández said in an interview.

He does, however, have his problems: cataracts in both 

of his eyes that blur his vision and, 

says his mother, require urgent surgery that the 

family can't afford.

Other than his eyes, he has no medical complaints.

Nino Hernández has earned some cash dancing at 

department stores and is now acting in 

a film in which he plays a drug dealer.

He adds that he's got used to all the picture-taking. 

But being the world's smallest man does have its drawbacks.

"It bothers me that people are [always] touching me 

and picking me up," he said.

LUCKY BABY

2-year-old Chinese girl was lucky that noticed how 

she fell into a rotating mixer. 

The girl stood and admired on the rotating blades ... 

Mixer had promptly shut down,

 but her legs got caught fast. Rescuers worked 40 minutes, 

lifting captive. 

Baby escaped with only a broken leg.

New Life

Recently, these Siamese twins separated after a close cohabitation.

The operation took 24 hours, but now they lead a normal life and play sports.

This story changed my life and I thought maybe 

it could change others too, so I'm sharing it with you.

This story was told to me by my sister, 

whom it happened to.

She was really upset because she hadn't see or spoken 

to her best friend Jim in a couple of weeks.

Finally he show up at her door and commands 

her to get dressed and go riding with him.

So she finally does

As they were riding , they passed a garden full 

of flowers

Jim says "Do you see those flowers ?

"Yes ,"she says.

"Do you think that when someone steps on those 

flowers that they lie there and feel sorry 

for themselves ?

Jim Asks.

"No"

"No , they immediately start to mend their wounds

so they can heal , and grow strong and healthy"

They ride a little further and Jim points up in a tree , 

'You see those squirrels up there ?

Do you think that when people shoot at them 

they go hide forever "?

"No 'she says.

About that time the ocean cames into sight.

Jin Says "You see that ocean out there ?

Do you think that when there's a hurricane 

out there that the ocean doesn't go back out 

because it's

afraid to face the storm ?

No she says.

"Then, why have you stopped living because you 

have been hurt?

That story really hit me like a ton of bricks

The worst part was the fact that Jim died a 

short time later , And that's when she realized 

how much precious time she wasted.
